A great place to live!

Community's location is great. Very close to major highways, airport, FIU and shopping centers. Towing is not an issue if you follow the rules.

This place is amazing and very modern and I have not had any towing experiences that everybody is talking about

The community is great, nice modern look centrally located, quite, I've read the reviews of the towing, it hasn't happened to me personally nor any of my guest, although acknowledge it has happened. It is a newer community and so there will be growing pains, nothing is prefect. But over all very impressed with the quality of construction, and overall feel.

Community is good, but the horror of towing car from your driveway and guest parking is crazy. They keep preying for expired tags to tow the car. The HOA is worst. Also, there were few incidents of burglary from the cars at night.

Garbage neighborhood, don’t hope to ever spend too much time here, let alone live here because your car will get towed at least 5 times in your first month. Hope no one else has the misfortune of waking up and not being able to go to work because not only your car, your moms, sisters, and everyones car has been towed. How about this neighborhood focuses on THE POWER LINES EXPLODING ON THEIR HOUSES INSTEAD OF MY CAR BEING PARKED A MILLIMETER ONTO THE PAVEMENT. Also, the neighborhood only notified the current residents that their cars would be towed if they were in the visitors parking for more than a certain amount of time or more than a few cars were parked in the driveways, not that there would be a constant patrol for expired tags & other unavoidable things. I hope this helps any hopeful buyers to steer clear.
