Worst place to get a rental,I live in the Chavez apartments for 4 years they don't respect you lease  and they increase your rent payments any time the city has a rental property increase I don't recommend that place to be rented out to anyone.

NEVER LIVE HERE- I would rate it 0 stars but unfortunately I cannot, my grandparents live in a apartment in Chaves Lakes and it has been a total nightmare. Maintenance is Awful, it’s ugly, outside is horrendous. The AC has been out of service due to a blown out compressor and it’s been a week! Their excuse is that the compressor takes time to arrive but that’s no excuse, in a more efficient manner could’ve handle it better and look for someone who has it rather than being stuck with a same vendor.
Our sink filter is faulty and they never want to fix it.
Alongside the infestation of Roaches, they “fumigate” but it never seems to work.
BEWARE of this place, it’s a terrible place to live. Don’t think about living here..It’s AWFUL.

They processed our application for an apartment super quickly, in addition to this, the person in charge of the process was very friendly and diligent.

Best Place to live those apartments are Beautiful
