This place is horrible small roaches everywhere! And I’m in a new remodeled unit! Rats! Kids play around till like ten at night outside so if you want peace don’t move here!! I regret making the decision to move here only reason I did because places were skim at the time I needed to find a new place. Trust me I’m leaving from this hell hole once my lease is up!! And going to move to Coral Springs where I don’t have to worry about things and people like this! Worst decision ever!! Oh residents are rude here!! Can’t say crap to them because they was raised by crappy/hood parents eww!

Clean,Quiet & well kept

Very. Nasty roach infested termites eat up your furniture , maintenance sucks plumbing sucks I had to kill a d catch rats none of the maintenance speeks English

I moved in Feb 28, 2020 instantly termites everywhere in my unit. Turn on lights if you want at night and they sworm. Roaches in a remodeled kitchen. Leave a plate or anything in the sink and you will wake up to a family reunion of roaches. Also they charge late fees even when you pay on time. How do I have late fees for $470 when I paid on time? I paid on the 5th but it wasn't put in the system until two days later. There are several tenants who have been charged late fees when they've paid on time. I will not renew my lease here. I cant wait till it ends. UPDATE: The new property manager Laura is a liar. This woman filled an eviction stating that I have not paid rent since April 2023 when I have proof through the tenant portal that I have made every payment she said I didn’t make. She talks to all the black tenants like we are ignorant. But when you show her that you are very intelligent she gets irate and threatens to call the police. Knowing how people of color are treated by the Police.
PROBLEMS:
*Homeless people are on the property all night
*People having sex on the stairs (witnessed condoms left on the stairs)
*Trash everywhere from all the children who come to the property that don’t live here *Flooding of the parking lots because the drains are filled with trash. (So if it rains you better make sure your car is nowhere near a drain or you’ll have to wade through that nasty water to get in your car)
*Roaches everywhere
*Termites that eat your furniture
*Gates that keep no one out (Zero Security here)
I will be leaving this trashy place. Lets just see if that $3300 deposit just happens to disappear when the apartment is being professionally cleaned and nothing has ever been broken! I’ll be back with updates.

*IF YOU DONT BELIEVE ME PLEASE VISIT AND FIND OUT FOR YOURSELF* These apartment buildings are overpriced with units from 2200 to 2300 for units infested with roaches flies and bad plumbing. The tub got backed up with sewage and we was told that you can't flush tissue. They are extremely dirty apartment buildings and constantly has workers throwing more trash in front of buildings being loud and inconsiderate early morning in fron of resident doors and just being disrespectful. The managers and workers all live in these buildings and the management office DOESN'T respond to maintenance request. WE ARE SO FRUSTRATED AND UNSATISFIED and regret making such a quick choice.

This place should get no stars. They took my money told me it would be a couple weeks. Then they sold the building and raised the rent to 1800!!!! It was supposed to be 1500. There is trash everywhere outside the building in the stairways and everywhere else! This place is so unkept. And it is new owners and management. From all the previous reviews I can see that the property is just getting worse and worse. It may just be a blessing in disguise. When I did the walk thru there were roaches not palmetto bugs, but tiny hundreds of roaches. The bedrooms are extremely small and you cant even turn around in the kitchen. I wouldn't even of looked twice at this place if there wasn't a shortage of places affordable to live in south Florida. I'm not paying 1800 to live in the hood with roaches and trash all over the place. Also I was never reimbursed ANY of the money I gave to them.

Worst place ever do not come live in this Appartment 1440 nw 2nd st Fort Lauderdale fl 33311 , everything broke in this apartment and they only have one worker and he’ don’t even know what he’s doing , the people in the office so rude and so much roach in the apartment all the close rusty and break even them door old and broke down , absolutely nothing good in this place and it so ghetto peoples are fighting everyday police coming here like 2 time a day , this place is hell and it so expensive is not worth the price at all, and I have kids they leave us without fixing the AC for a months, my kids get sick , it’s terrible 😭
