Lived there for less than a year and i have to say that the building is very quiet, the laundry room is great, storage spacing is excellent and the fact that you can walk to the beach (you cant beat that) But unfortunately i had my car's airbag stolen there about two months ago and I was surprised because you dont expect to get parts of your car stolen in a place that is in a very good location.
Now i have to pay $1000 out of my pocket since my deductible is for that amount.
In all fairness, as i mentioned before, the building has a lot good things, specifically its location, but the fact that someone was able to steal something right on my parking spot is a big no no.
It will be beneficial for the condo to have a gate to enter the garage, since the condo is not a gated community.
Anyone has access to the garage and that creates a security issue in the premises.

My family has had the same 2 bedroom con ...
My family has had the same 2 bedroom condo on the 15th floor since the building opened..We love it ... Great place to fight off the cold winters of nyc..
