Renovations in progress, No acoustic ! Water and electricity could be OFF anytime and you have to wait 24-48 hours to get it fixed.
Security is just a show, a lot of strangers in and out the building! And sometimes security leave and make you wait outside like your work for them!
Gym not always open!
Pool is closed since a year !

Horrible management more specifically from Francesca the manager of the property. Her unprofessional demeanor and attitude left me shocked. It’s sad people like this have a position in Administration.  Law enforcement would be better fitting. Instead of having a conversation about something she didn’t agree with she yelled and even stopped my Lyft from leaving. I don’t tolerate this type behavior, sorry that your management status made you feel like you have the authority to speak to anyone like this. Just disgusting behavior.

DO NOT RENT FROM UNIT 621. Alejandro Vila is owner of this unit most UNPLEASANT experience renting from privately owned unit. UNIT HAS MOLD AND ROACHES. Do not get scammed

Excellent views, located in a nice neiborhood, looks like a quite paradise but unfortunately it is NOT , they started a restoration a year back and everything is a mess, balconies non-useful, the apparency is horrible, no paint, dirty carpets, the building looks abandon. Management/administration issues? probably, YES.
