Currently a resident here. The building is older and does need more updating, but the location is great!! The downside is that I live with some of the rudest and most miserable people I've ever met in my life New review!!
I am a former resident of this establishment. I am writing to dissuade anybody who may be interested in moving into this building. For seven years, I lived in a substandard apartment, paid maximum rent and had to deal with the worst people on the planet. The building is old as Methuselah... nothing ever works... elevators, doors, washing machines/dryers..the stupid FRONT gate!!!  I lived in a place, where the worst part of my day was having to come home... The security guards treat you like garbage, the other residents (except maybe 3) treat you like trash and everybody is miserable!!... nobody should live like that!! The best thing I've done in a long time is move the hell away from there!! Oh yeah..the reason I still don't live there, is because they chose not to renew my lease. The reason they chose not to renew my lease was because I asked them to put my American Flag back up after six months after the last hurricane. I say "my flag"..yes, I bought with my own money and raised it. To anyone thinking about moving to this place, do yourself a favor and find somewhere else.
