I am writing this review to help prevent others from living the nightmare I lived. After signing a lease contract, sending required deposits, going through backgrounds, sending income proofs, bank statements, and everything they asked, I was told 2 days before the lease starting date that I was "denied" by the board because I was going to live with two of my coworkers even though we had the approval from the actual owner of the townhouse. The worst fact is that we were told by our realtor that we were going to have an interview with the association director, an interview that never happened. This made me stay without a home and had to pay to storage my stuff, this is definetly a big discrimination to latin people. If you don't want to waste your time and money, please don't even think to move here.

They discriminate against latin people, don’t waste your time and money applying in this disgusting place 👎🏼

The association of this residential complex rejected us without interviewing us, without documented support and one day before handing over the keys. Apparently if you are not an American citizen you cannot live in this residential complex. Avoid wasting time making the application since they have not even been able to return the deposit to us after 2 weeks.

Worst place to live and/or apply. We applied and they treated us with discrimination and they didn't even have the decency to interview us. They rejected us one day before giving us the key (Thanksgiving). They still haven't given any response and they haven't returned the application money or the deposit. The board of neighbors are a group of very delicate people, it is not convenient to live in that community, save your time and money.
