Coral Plaza of Condo

Been renting for 6 months, was supposed to have 2 parking spots, but turns out the condo association sold one of them to the pediatric clinic downstairs and didn’t tell the owner? They were supposed to find a solution but it’s been 6 months with 0 communication other than my property manager saying they were working on it. The hot tub has been under construction from before I was here, some pool chairs dont work properly. For a couple months none of the gym machines were working but i believe they are now.
It’s not the worst place i’ve lived in but for the price it’s insane they don’t have better upkeep and maintenance. I haven’t really needed maintenance but we’ll see. The best part of this place is my specific unit, which still has some issues, and the location. If i had a different unit or it was another location it’d be a complete waste of money. Still, owners here charge upwards of $2100 and apparently some are trying to charge $2500 now. For that price you can almost be in brickell or somewhere nicer with a newer building / amenities.
If the units were $2000 or cheaper it’d be a great deal, but for more than that it’s not worth it because the amenities aren’t upkept.

Security guard is rude here speaks no English and gets in your face to threaten you

This county is not what it was when we bought there are good neighbors but there are others who live making noise by dirtying and destroying common areas

Administración don’t comunícate each other Very rude , don’t help owners or tenant in difficult situations .

I am living under a contract. I love this condo, quiet people live there, ideal for small families, no noisy or rude neighbors, it is an excellent place to live with a perfect location. Always clean and the security staff very friendly. Amazon packages are not lost.
