Coral Ridge Towers

The board and its verbally abusive president served our community with six (6) assessments in the past five (5) years. All of them totaling $19,362.00. Add that to your HOA and ask yourself if it's reasonable.

Excellent building, many fantastic views, well managed, and now a renovation/upgrade to glass-sided balconies will make it more spectacular

I’m sure without a doubt this is a great place to live with lots of nice people in the building. Unfortunatlely there is a guy working for mantenance that has a very unprofessional and agressive way about him. Actualy downright scary!
Blows up in your face just for trying to help!
I’m not quite sure why anyone would employ people like that!
He must of not had the chance to go to any maintenance technician training and learn about basic skills, such as proper communication! There is definitely something wrong with the man and he needs help!
