Coral Ridge Towers East

Love visiting my favorite uncle at this beautiful building.  Everything is clean, have been kept beautifully and updated in good taste, the security guards are helpful and friendly, there are clear rules that keep everything pleasant and nice and these apartments are in an amazing, walkable location to everything as he ages - banks, grocery stores, his physician.  Residents and snowbirders from the Midwest and Canada are friendly and there are lots of get-togethers.  Been going to visit for 20 years and will buy in the building because it's been run properly and is fiscally and structurally sound unlike so many Florida places.

Fantastic and well run condominium complex that's a pleasure to visit when I am in FL. The staff are amazingly friendly and the rules keep the complex clean and organized.

This building is extremely well taken care of. First I want to say that Kurt Dahl the current board president is on top of every projects and associations affairs. He is a delight to work with, best attitude at all times and he truly cares about the association. The lead maintenance Saul & Juan are the best! They will take care of any issues happening with the best attitude as well.
Last however not least, Seeta, sweet lady at the receiving area who is knowledgeable and problem solver.
99,9% of the shareholders are really nice and cooperative with any projects happening. It has been an immense pleasure working here and will miss everyone deeply.

I go to clean for a client and also take care of some other things for them, always told I have to check in at front desk and leave all my info and apartment number etc. Even if I enter through the back by the guest parking,  my name is in the computer,  look it up. Why do we have to walk all the way from the back forty from guest parking in the rain sometimes and then have to bang on the front door because the desk is in a corner not even facing the front doors, then fill out the book every single time.
