Buyer BEWARE first off the leasing staff ...
Buyer BEWARE first off the leasing staff is beyond rude, and for some reason has some sort of entitlement like the own the place (which is why there is so many empty apartments), they have complete lack of empathy and no sense of hospitality. Hallways are always filthy, fire alarm goes off twice a month through out the day , so if you work from home be wary of that. I am warning everyone and anyone beware!

Dania was incredibly professional and positive throughout the whole experience. She (and the team) welcomed me from the very beginning. The apartment and grounds are beautifully kept. I didn't end up choosing my favorite apartment only due to my job situation changing. Highly recommend Dania and Cordoba.

Dania and the leasing team made our experience hassle free. We moved in a couple of weeks ago escaping downtown Miami and the experience so far has been lovely. The neighborhood is very clean and safe to walk around and everything’s is nearby. The apartment is great and the neighbors are friendly and quiet. The Bark Park is such a great amenity for us dog parents!

10/10 one of the best in person apartmen ...
10/10 one of the best in person apartment tours we have received in downtown doral. The leasing agents Dania and Nicole were amazing! Answered all of our questions and made us feel right at home. The Cordoba is definitely number one on our list. Thank you for a great experience.

Sandra is amazing, and willing to go the extra mile and make things happen. Had a maintenance issue recently and she helped in getting it resolved within two hours. Recommend her hands down.
