In my personal perception, the good reviews here are either owners trying to sell or raise value or brokers trying to do deals. All what you need to do is as simple as going tru the top level garage, many closed areas, horrible floor without any asphalt, horrible hallways specially townhses, mold for years, ground level garage shows structural damage and a lot of gaps due to decades of water intrusion from rain, in my years there I have seen work left half way, never completed, brand new elevators hardly ever functional, you are in luck if the 3 are working at the time, this has been Coronado situation for at least 15 years,, each board gets rid of management and get in as many new contracts as possible during their term on the board , guess why? All the new owners without exception, thought they got a great deal and after weeks there want to run, owners running for board had years of lawsuit against the HOA, if the day thay the garage levels collapse, that building may get closed down….. I absolutely do not comprehend how this HOA could pass any recertification. The moneys to paint the building vanished …. I sold cheap and run. I can not imagine the assessments, reserve fun increases that will hit this community. Seems to be based on many, that there is a total
mismanagement of funds for the longest time !!!
