Marc and AJ are great, they are came in properly and fix a couple of issues I had with lightning in one of my bathrooms, they are very helpful and cordial.

My boyfriend and I booked a tour twice a ...
My boyfriend and I booked a tour twice and they weren’t able to show up to either appointment. How do you forget your work hours/schedule for the second time when confirming the day before? That is just disrespectful. We did a self tour since they didn’t show up twice. We asked them questions about fees and about the complex only to get a response a week later. This is not professional. I wouldn’t want to rent from someone that can’t show up to the appointments and responds late. Imagine if something went wrong with the apartment how long it would take to they fixed. I also noticed they tag cars a lot. One was even tagged for a flat tire. A hard pass for poor management.

Have been visiting properties in the area and Cortland is by far the most impressive, the service manager David was incredibly helpful in giving us the tour and all of the information about Cortland.
