I love this Condo. Clean, organized...well maintained!

Andy, the security guard at this condominium, has on multiple occasions raised his voice at me as a property owner., Andy's disrespectful conduct has been observed by numerous residents in the building. Regrettably, the board has not taken any action regarding this matter.

Moved in 2017 everything was great big apt and comfy. But being a 55+ residence when covid hit their rules started to drive me insane. Its surprisingly loud all the time from construction or traffic. Management and maintenance is a gossip ring. And when i put up a Trump flag from my apt good lord did they flip out.  So by feb 2021 i was moving out unwillingly. Yup they forced us to leave. Do not for the sake of your sanity move here. The low rent is a diversion.

The noise from renovation is not ok. It is not safe for human ears. Without Jerry here it’s a free-for-all starting first thing in the morning and lasting all day long. The equipment used is loud. It’s rattling our walls. Do not believe when they say it’s intermittent. This has been going on for over one year.

Amazingly Professional staff here. Everything always kept clean and attractive.

Very comfortable, clean, safe and organized. I love to live here.
