Everyone's experience is different and generally this was a fine place to have my grandmother live at that was close to the rest of the family. The price for the area and what you get (a 1/1) is too steep and I've lived in that area for most of my life. Once again, it was a nice convenience to at least have my grandparents close for a while. However, for me, communication was a bit tough. I'd call and call and rarely get an answer and the same thing with e-mail. We recently left and we were charged a "month to month" fee for staying one month after the contract. I agreed to that and paid so that's all fine. But because I put the move out date as the 1st, we were charge almost ANOTHER $100 for that ONE day. That was information I got AFTER we had already left. I had given the 60 day notice and not once did anyone mention that, otherwise I would've adjusted the move out date on file. The new management is currently on top of their communication, but this was my experience during the final months at this building.
