Horrible behavior from the office. Building is unsafe be aware.

Sad day for all the people living in it.

I would gladly offer my Cocoa Beach lowrise condo or my rental in The Keys to anyone displaced from Champlain or Crestview, except I am already housing a family displaced from their home in late April by a fire which took everything they had. I hope other people who have currently vacant residences in the area will offer them to others, too.

These towers were just deemed structurally unsafe and evacuated today. Inspectors were worried it would collapse.

The view is nice but management sure isn't. My wife reported several problems to management regarding the rusty fire sprinkler pipes and the strange clanking sound the elevator makes and management said " There's nothing we can do about that at the moment Karen" My Wife never mentioned her name was Karen so I assume that meant as an insult.

Building has been evacuated and condemned.

Everyone evacuated due to unsafe electrical and structural conditions. I advise every resident to join a class action suit against the owner(s) and the contractor who built this trash.

Miami-Dade Building authorities required evacuation of this building. The 5 star reviews are fake. Another case of dysfunctional and  corrupt condo boards, aided by property managers

Where. This is all the money that is spent. The Management. Has. Than be reviewed. By the DBPR. The corruption. It's everywhere
