The Cricket Club Condo, like all 50 yr old Miami warerfront buildings, finds itself facing headwinds in the form of FL state mandated capital improvements and other cost increases, a function of; general inflation - higher insurance premiums, increased property taxes etc. All comparable condos are in the same position. The neighborhood is undergoing a major facelift - widened tree lined streets, a new 55000 sq ft Publix, 400 new luxury multifamily units. The Cricket Club is being totally upgraded, restored to its former glory. Now is the time to buy, before prices go through the roof. Update, Feb 2024: when considering the Cricket Club as a home, compare and contrast the pros and cons with comparably aged buildings. It is a 50 year old structure. For a 2024 condo, with equivalent bay views, the price per sq foot is 5X+
