The neighborhood is undergoing a major facelift - widened tree lined streets, a new 55000 sq ft Publix, 400 new luxury multifamily units. The Cricket Club is being totally upgraded, restored to its former glory. Now is the time to buy, before prices go through the roof. Update, Feb 2024: when considering the Cricket Club as a home, compare and contrast the pros and cons with comparably aged buildings. It is a 50 year old structure. For a 2024 condo, with equivalent bay views, the price per sq foot is 5X+

A Vintage Miami Landmark

Service was decent. Food was typical pub food but overpriced because of the theme I assume. The scotch eggs were not bad. The mushroom fingers were good. Seating was nice.
