Crystal Cay

It was... a quiet and clean area, it was just the beginning. Only the memory remains of that, it's a shame because it's barely been 2 to 3 years and no one is alive anymore. It is lonely, there is no security at night so thugs are entering to search cars to take whatever they find, plus the packages from the doors. With terrible cleaning, pet owners go out on their routes and are not able to pick up the feces. And they bring it to you and leave it almost at the entrance of your house, in the front or sides. The dog park, neglected, has no bags to pick up pet waste. And the worst thing is the garbage stations, the collection and cleaning of the garbage cans is terrible. Filled to the top, around, furniture and objects thrown around or outside the tanks. And if it's the one in the back, don't even mention it, the entire condominium comes to that one at night to pull everything. Well, they hide and wait those hours to throw everything away a little. General has changed a lot, it no longer looks like what it was at the beginning, it has gone into decline. I don't know what's going on with the administration, because they don't take action or change their strategy, look for solutions to improve and not let this spill over into others out there. In the end this is not good, quality goes down, and they lose prestige.

Nice brand new area, a lot of space, all looks neat and clean. Amazing developing neighborhoods
