Crystal Pointe Apartments

I  came in on Tuesday Sept 5 the woman that greet me was very nice.This place is beautiful clean.I love this place but there was no opening I was told to try back next week Oct 5 THE Woman in the office was very nice she answer all my question with a smile on her face

I lived at Crystal Pointe for 6 years and leaving there was super hard because of the incredible staff. They go above and beyond and are what truly makes Crystal Pointe a luxury apartment. I am incredibly grateful for them and would move back in a heartbeat. Thank you Margaret, Fanny, G, Tim (and Tom)

My wife and I moved in on January 1st, 2020 and moved out on May 4th, 2024. I can summarize Crystal Pointe by saying this, you will not find a better value for your money in Broward County. All the bad reviews are from people who blame Margaret (the property manager) that they discriminated against, but the truth is they weren’t able to get an apartment due to their poor credit history or lack of references. There is an amazing mix of renters from diverse backgrounds here (Jamaican, Hatian, Latino, Brazilian, AA, White), so any insinuation that a particular race is not welcome here is nonsense. The reason why the administration is so particular about who lives here is because they all live here. Margaret, her assistant Fany (who is married to Tim the head of maintenance), the lead maintenance man Virgilio and his son…they ALL live on site. My neighbors were always great and trustworthy…very family oriented. I could leave my car doors unlocked, and a couple times forgot my house keys in the door and never once did I have anything stolen.
You will RARELY find any litter on the ground. The pool area is well maintained. The gym is very dated (picture a circa 1985 high school gymnasium) but clean. Any time you need maintenance, you submit your request via their app and it will most likely be fixed by Virgilio that same day.
Rents here are always significantly less than other complexes. We were paying under $1,800/mo for a 2 bed 1.5 bath two story unit. Rents go up every year to keep up with the inflating cost of maintenance, but they never price gouge. Rents are always fair, and I promise you won’t find anything nicer in the same price range.
This is a great place to live.

I've been speaking with Margaret for a few months now and man is she so SWEET ! There hasn't been availably in a while and that ok because all she's been is super helpful from the start ! Absolutely amazing experience and hope to live here !

——- Most recent update—- Update: Moved out almost two years and still miss the place. We haven’t been able to find a similar quality apartment complex here in South Carolina. Also, we received our full security deposit back about a week after moving out. It might’ve been faster, to be honest I can’t fully remember.. Would totally end up back there if we ever moved back to Florida.

Lived here for over a year now. Friendly office staff, SUPER QUICK on maintenance requests (you just fill out a quick form online or an emergency hotline which is listed on the online form). The property is safe, well maintained and landscaped (they clean and landscape all the time), and just in general a quiet nice place to live. Rent can be paid online or in office. Pool is nice and clean.
The gym is a bit old/raggedy, but planet fitness is 10 minutes away and $10 a month, so very very minor.
I personally have been very happy with the conditions here, the office staff, the community, etc. I highly recommend Crystal Pointe.

Very nice community, near by local shopping and restaurants. I feel safe and comfortable when I am visiting this neighborhood.
