Overpriced and Under-Managed: I’ve been ...
Overpriced and Under-Managed: I’ve been a resident here for a while now, and I have to say, the property is simply not worth the high price being charged. Management seems completely indifferent to the issues that plague the building. For instance, the parking situation is a constant headache. Tailgating is rampant—people simply follow behind you and claim your reserved spot. It’s not just an inconvenience; it’s a breach of resident security since outsiders can enter the building without even using a fob.
Noise is another major concern. Neighbors frequently blast their speakers at all hours, and despite clear quiet hours in place, management does very little to enforce them. It feels like no matter how many complaints are made, nothing gets done.
On top of that, the building’s cleanliness is severely lacking. Residents routinely leave their garbage bags—sometimes oversized kitchen bags filled with rubbish, boxes, or even furniture—outside the trash chute. I’ve encountered discarded furniture and even bottles of beer and food items in stairwells and lounge areas. This neglect not only detracts from the overall living experience but also raises concerns about the building’s upkeep and safety.
If I had known about these issues and the apparent lack of management enforcement, I would have looked for another place to live. The value just isn’t there for what’s being charged, and it’s incredibly disappointing to be stuck in an environment where problems persist and management remains unresponsive.
