Decoplage

I have lived and owned property at the Decoplage for over 20 years. if I had written this review six months ago, it would would have been a very different star rating; however, this new board is truly working to transform the building. The atmosphere has been immediately made better, and major projects have begun in earnest. There is a lot more to do, But the building is finally on the right track!

We have rented in the building for 21 years, condos are perfect for your winter's stay, ocean views, and building is very safe with a multi lingual staff, perfectly located on South Beach.  Walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and the famous ocean drive.

I've stayed in PH9, 1548, and 1244. They are all lovely units!

Fabulous pool. Water is perfect temperature and very clean.  Location of the Decoplage is really nice and beautiful.

My husband & I have rented at the Decoplage for many years. If you are interested in a great South Beach vacation, this may be the best spot  to stay! It is located at the beach on Lincoln Road which is the main shopping & restaurant promenade in South Beach. The Decoplage is in the center of everything  so a car is not necessary to get around. You are within WALKING  distance of tons of restaurants and stores, including Espanola Way, a Spanish architecture inspired restaurant row,  2 movie theaters, (including the O’Cinema Arthouse) 4 museums, the Filmore Theater, the Colony Theater & the beautiful New World Symphony concert Hall for concerts, drama & music respectively. You are a short Uber ride away from the open air Bandshell concert venue, the Perez Art Museum, the Rubell  Art Collection, the Science Museum, Jungle Island, the Children’s Museum & the Wynwood Arts District &  the adjacent Design District. The beach is wide & beautiful & there are an array of restaurants & historic Art Deco hotels  that are located on Ocean  Dr. across from the beach walkway. The Decoplague pool is so WARM & overlooks the ocean. The gym is well maintained & the lobby is a beautiful public area with seating. The staff is friendly & helpful. There is also a “Kids Room”  on the lower level of the building which has gym and play equipment for  young children.

We bought our place at the Decoplage in 2021, and we are very pleased that we did. We have found the building staff to be very professional and welcoming to us and our guests. The building amenities are great — a beautiful pool, a full-size gym, and direct access to the beach. And, the best location in South Beach —Lincoln Road and Collins Avenue. We are in the process of a full upgrade to the building now, including structural work and painting. We are confident that the new board of directors is on the right track.
