Dilo Apartments Miami Beach

Hello, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your hotel. I checked in late at approximately 11:45 PM tonight, and from the onset, the experience was deeply disappointing. Upon arrival, I encountered an unnecessarily long wait before being allowed to enter the building, followed by a difficult and unpleasant process of transporting luggage over a ramp.
The suite I was assigned was in unacceptable condition. It was filthy, with dust covering the shelves, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable, with terrible, worn-out pillows. Moreover, the suite had a foul odor, and the floors were sticky and unhygienic.
This experience is a stark contrast to the images and descriptions provided on Expedia, which I now view as completely misleading and deceptive. The accommodation was far below any reasonable standard of cleanliness or comfort.
Given the severity of these issues, I am leaving the hotel immediately and will not be returning. I expect a full refund for my stay. Should you fail to resolve this matter promptly, I believe you will regret your lack of action.

I wont ever recommend this property to my worst enemy! Disgusting pace ever. Omg.

This property is unacceptable, unsanitary and I demand a refund and cancellation. The hotel is dirty and there is a pipe hanging out the ceiling. There’s a leak in the room. Water is dripping from the vent. There are holes in the dressers and door. The bathroom is not clean. No one should be staying at this property. Wires are hanging out. These are safety hazards. Code enforcement needs to access this property for safety violations.

If I could give -100 I would. So disgusting! Advice, don’t waste your money on this place.

Very good experience, apartment 731 is spectacular, it is clean, it smells good. Rodrigo was the contact we had to give us the entry code, he always answered all my messages and was very friendly. This apartment is highly recommended.

Dilo Apartments, or Girosole Apt or Castle Beach apt has many names give you an unique experience how to survive an island by yourself without basic human needs. Limited  shampoo and toilet paper etc.  Weed smells everywhere. TV is luxury thing here, it’s not available. When you asked them to fix it. They would tell you wait for TV company to fix it. I stayed 6 nights, no one showed up to fix it. Kitchen outdated, microwave rusted working by itself during the night may cause fire.  AC unit is very dirty seems no one changes the filter ages

Worst place to stay, don’t waste money or time coming here, save up a bit more and go to a real hotel, this place is nasty and unsafe, entry door wouldn’t even shot properly and stayed open with a big gap, weed smell coming from everywhere, ac dripping water, kitchen stove not working and not even kitchenwares, roaches everywhere in the unit, place was dirty bed covers were smelly and dirty even got a rash from sleeping here, and the best part management don’t care they just care about you making the payment and don’t ever answer your concerns. I’m still fighting to get my money through bank because this is a total scam of units

Just to help anyone out who may be looking at this location.  Be aware each unit is individually owned and not the responsibility of the building.  With that said, bring some extra toilet paper if you are staying more than a day or 2.  We had 1 roll for 2 people to last us 5 days. Not that big of a deal, just wish it would of stated that before we got there so we could bring some.  The rooms are older, so they may need updating.  If all you are looking for is a bed, stay here.  If you want more, maybe spend the money and stay elsewhere. The overall building was ok.  Pool was closed and there is no hot tubs on site to use.  Parking would of been better if it was self parking, but it was included(Other than it is valet only, so you feel obligated to tip each time you want to go somewhere.)  The smell of weed is everywhere and I mean everywhere.  Did not enjoy the smell blowing in our room through the ac system all the time. You can't walk the halls without smelling it.

It’s  a little neglected and I think that's why it's her price. The pool is disabled and the bathrooms in the lobby are terrible, old, decomposed, broken and more. There is weed in front of the sea and the facilities are very neglected. When you arrive at the front desk the people are not friendly and less friendly. The smell of marijuana throughout the hotel is unpleasant.

We stayed at this hotel which goes by the name of  Castle Beach, Dilo Apartments, Giadoles Apertments or Miami boutique  for a week in Aprl 2024. Just to alert others who would like to stay here on holiday..All the apartments within this hotel is owned by different landlords, which is not evident by the look of the hotel. The main lobby can not help with any issues that you may have. We only came to know this as the problems within the property started to manifest. It took several calls to get through to speak the landlord of Bay 13. The day after we arrived, both toliets wasn't working and the water in the kitchen sinks were blocked/ taking long too drain- which led me to believe that there must of been a recurrent issue with the drainage system within the building. You dont want to go on holiday to have to be plunging a toliet! Not only that, the iron, kettle and toaster wasn't working, dirty ironing board, no dust pan and lack of kitchen utensils (  no tin opener, sieve, mixing bowls, proper sized cooking pans). On day 4 of our stay the tv stopped working, we didnt bother to contact the landlord again ( You will need a local number to do this, otherwise its chargable) . The phone in the apartment is not in use so I don’t  even know why its there. They did give extra blankets as requested as there is only one main air con in the property which controls the temperature in all the rooms. The swimming pool, spa and sauna was also out of use when we were there. Only good thing about this  hotel is thst its close to the beach. Overall,  would not recommend this hotel.

Stayed week of April 6th - 11th:  Worst vacation hotel ever!!  Stay away.  Goes by many names Castle Beach, Dilo Apartments, Giadoles Apertments or Miami boutique.  Pool has not worked in over a year and its the cover page, my kids were heart broken.  The gym is not open and covered with an inch of dust.  The spa is not open.   The access to the beach door malfunctions.  The room are poor quality with little maintenance.  The internet and power go out.  this place is a scam!!!   Also everyone is rude and no one wants to help or listen.  Single dad with two kids
