Great building. It has its pros and cons, but overall experience over my 2 years here was very positive. + Great maintenance and maintenance team like Guillermo (requests are completed so fast, one time I had my problem fixed within 1 hour! after submitting service request).
+ Cleanliness of amenities.
+ Overall high quality of materials and building itself.
+ Great convenience of amenities for pets and pet care.
- Hallways to the recycling area and the area itself were nicely aromatized before the buildings ownership changed. Now it smells just as en empty concrete hallway should smell. Small thing, but shame, it did smell nice before.
- Parking space for your first car is not included in lease, so it makes every deal a 100$/month more expensive, and if you need a second car space - be ready to pay 150$/month more for it. It wasn’t like that with previous owners of the building.
- Every lease term you sign is becoming 350-450$/month more expensive. It’s just doesn’t make any sense, when you see the same apartment on the website for the same price you currently pay - but for you for the next term it’s becoming inexcusably more expensive.
- You pay a high price for common amenities utilities. With parking space and these utilities your lease payment is becoming 300-350$/month more expensive.
- Front residents entrance is becoming too smelly when outside temperatures and humidity are going up. All the building resident’s dogs are walked every day on the grass right in front of the main entrance so sometimes it smells so bad you can’t even think to bring guests home, cause they will feel it too. A lot of residents don’t even bother to walk their dogs to piss on the grass - yellow puddles right in front of the entrance door are a constant “delight”.
P.S. But becoming more and more expensive is the main reason to not extend our stay here. It just doesn’t make sense. Our overall experience was good.
