Every day this association is becoming a prison....

The association is engaging in unlawful discrimination, violating the federal Civil Rights Act. Today, 11/12/23, the security working at night called the towing company, and our car was towed in front of our noses( our car wasn’t obstructing traffic at all); the car was in the parking lot with the lights flashing, and we were right there looking at the automobile right in the balcony, he ( the security) was unable to warn us, or make us aware of the situation, and instead he just called the towing company. The outrageous thing was that there was another car. Still, this time, this car was right in the middle of the street and completely obstructing traffic for about the same approximate time that we were negotiating the payment of our automobile with the towing company owner. We paid $145 while the security was standing there, just paying attention to our negotiation; that was when my husband asked him why he didn’t call the towing company for that other car parking in the middle of the street for more than 15 minutes. He was like,” Because that is a delivery.” what??????????? Do we have pictures to show and prove how things work at night in this condominium? If you will be strict with “laws,” you must be fair and play the same with everyone. I think that all type of social media needs to be aware of this unfair and inhuman behavior.

UNFORTUNATELY THIS ASSOCIATION AKA THE SPANISH CULT DOES NOT DESERVE 1 STAR BUT THIS IS THE ONLY WAY I COULD POST. I believe the association is engaging in unlawful discrimination in violation of the federal Civil Rights Act, the Fair Housing Act, and a few state laws also. With that being said we as in AFRICAN AMERICANS  need to shed light on this situation because it would be unfortunate for other black families to make an attempt to enter this community and be denied due to their race. Also to the individual owners you need to be aware of this association disgusting behavior towards African American families. As the owner if you guys approve a tenant that is African American and has the same qualifications as a Hispanic tenant  Nathalie Martinez, Eduardo Palacios and everyone else over at Epic Management Solutions  will not approve that African American tenant. These workers will play like they don’t speak english so they won’t have to communicate with you and be able to talk about you while you are in front them. You should speak english because you live in America.This association dragged us around for over three weeks and even had us pay a fee to expedite the process yet still no move in date. Associations like this are stopping African Americans from moving in their communities so that way it can be strictly Hispanics. As an African American we should have the same rights a Hispanic especially since most of that community isn’t from the United States. How can a tenant be approved to move in a community when they don’t have legal documents to live in the United Stated nor a W2 to prove employment. This is a racist association and every individual that plays apart of the this distasteful behavior needs to be fired. I will be reporting this association. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND RACIST.

My mother lives in building 14. On 6/24/22 she reported a roof leak. Today is 9/16/22 and issue is yet to be addressed. Management is not cooperating nor seem to be taking any action. Blaming the bad weather or other excuses to fix the problem. Leak is now worst and spreading all over her bedroom. I wouldn’t recommend to buy or rent here.
