Everytime I hope to the office of Mrs. Nilsa it's a pleasure Her office is always looking sharp with flowers and smelling nice...she never turns me away even though I go with an appointment...she's a very pleasant & nice lady to go talk to...always tries to give me a positive answer so I don't get discouraged!!!
I hope after 5yrs of waiting I can finaly move in by 2024, keeping my fingers crossed for a miracle to happen 🙏 in 2023 👈

This is a fixed income retirement commun ...
This is a fixed income retirement community located in Pembroke Pines, right behind Memorial Hospital Manor. There are 2 buildings and the area is pretty quiet and the grounds are kept neatly. There are plenty of parking, and the entrances are controlled by code. The people are pretty nice here for the most part. Good community.
