Although its location is privileged, the maintenance in this building does not even compare to a third-world property. Elevators don't work, water is turned off for days without prior tenant notice. There is a constant issue with Xfinity, which is the only provider allowed in the building. As a native New Yorker, I am used to noise, sirens and police chasing cars, but the windows here must be made out of polyester. I'm usually awaken an average of 3-4 times a night. If you call the Condo Office, a so-called Lucia treats you like dirt. I am counting the minutes to leave this poor excuse for an apartment. Don't invest your hard-earned money here. There are several better options and condo associations with better communication skills.
