East Point Towers (EPT) is a highly regarded professionally managed 274-unit condominium located directly on widest part of the Middle River in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Our two twelve-story residential towers are nestled in a beautifully landscaped garden setting and enjoy excellent views of the river, George English Park across the water, and even the Intracoastal and Atlantic Ocean from some units. Our location could not be more convenient with shopping (Galleria Mall, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Publix, Starbucks, CVS, etc), Classic Gateway movie theater, dozens of restaurants, and the beach all within walking distance. We boast a "walk score" of 88! And if you prefer biking or public transportation, we have that too!

Sorry to hear that John. They have a difficult job and don't get much respect-- sometimes they slip up under pressure. They are good people overall, sorry you got them on a bad day.

Steer clear of this joint. Don't waste your money here! If you do you will be sorry. In the immortal words of the great actress Bette Davis - WHAT A DUMP! Update 5/3/24 - two of the five "Bored" members have their places listed for sale of the 32 units currently on the market. Speaks volumes - on both counts! 5/7/24 Seems I've struck a nerve judging by "owners" response.
