Great location, waterfront condo building. 20 minutes from South Beach Miami to the south and 20 minutes from downtown Ft. Lauderdale to the north. Excellent schools ( ACES K-8 charter school, Park, and Aventura Arts and Cultural Center on same block ). Walking distance to Aventura Mall, other shops and fine dining. Beautiful views on marina and bay. Excellent community, safe and ultra short distance to all beaches.

Great building located in one of the best neighborhoods in FL. Walking distance to grocery shop, restaurants, shopping mall, parks, indoor basketball court, art center, golf course, the beach, and more. One of the best elementary school in Florida is just 300 ft from this building.
