Eclipse West Apartments

The area is highly walkable and a popular choice for those who enjoy the downtown scene. It boasts a wide range of cultural offerings including art galleries, cafes, restaurants, and nightclubs, all conveniently located within a 5-mile radius. However, some residents neglect the common areas and fail to maintain their units. The community is comprised of a mix of educated and uneducated individuals who appreciate the affordable housing options. The building is managed by a friendly and professional team who keep it well-maintained. Still, unfortunately, the owners have not invested in amenities that could improve the overall atmosphere and increase property value. For example, adding security cameras, brighter lighting in the parking lot, and more trash containers throughout the building would enhance safety and cleanliness. Clear signage outlining pet rules would also be beneficial.

Great location! I have been living here for about three years and love the building and management. It is close to all the cool restaurants, bars, and downtown scene. The office staff is always there to help and keeps the building clean. For the location and size of the apartments the price is hard to beat!

Bad managment, the lease is not followed only to collect rent on time or being charged the $100 late fee. No privacy in Your own apt. Many of the tenants don't care about the building & there is trash everywhere, noise 24hrs a day with the extremely thin walls and floors. This is considered very low quality because of the targeted income qualifications. You will have many complaints if your expecting a peaceful nice living enviroment. Ask questions before moving in...

Hello all! I'm just moving to Fort Lauderdale and I have lucked in to this lovely building! Its beautiful,  clean, safe and definitely affordable! Hopefully I'll be calling Eclipse West my home for some time!
