If you like communist then this community would be a great fit. They always want everyone to comply with what they want but if you have an issue and need help they dont give a damn about helping their residents. Super expensive rents and everything super strict. Totally not worth it.

If I could give this place a negative star I would. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! The garbage system is a complete joke. There is ONE garbage disposal for the entire complex. Which is ALWAYS broken. The pool is not even heated. The gym equipment is ancient. The BBQ grills are disgusting and rusted. They will fine you for every little thing. Every apartment is infested with roaches. RUN!!!!!!

If I could just put the comment and not give stars I would.

I was about to move here but the landlord did NOT take good care of the unit. The place is nice outside but it smells like weed when you pass some units. Props to Evelyn for trying to discipline these residents. Coral Springs has gone downhill a lot in the past decade due to people like the ones who are complaining about these rules.

i wish i could give 0 stars. Been living here for 5 years and we continue to have issues with and be harassed by management, Evelyn Herron primarily. Evelyn the property manager is incredibly rude and unprofessional, my family moved in 2019 with one dog and in 2021 another one was added to our family i emailed the office and got everything taken care of (or so i thought) since then we have continued to have issues regarding our pets (both are ESA with medical papers). in 2023 we were charged an additional  $350 because the office claimed they never received payment for the original dog upon move in. we were told unless payment was made our lease would not be approved for the coming year. then again this year in 2024 we were told the same thing thankfully i have records of all the previous conversations where this same issue occurred. after sending a lengthy email to Evelyn with clear evidence of past conversations she refused to acknowledge me or my family, not even going in person to the office will she face us. another office employee was able to refund us and help us as Evelyn refused to show her face after she was proven wrong. if anyone from the community board, corporate or management would like to see the email i will happily forward it as i still have not received any sort of response from the property manager. we have also had continuous issues with the parking in the past we even had our own car towed because of miscommunication from the office and of course we once again had to pay out of pocket to get our car back. yet when there is actual unregistered cars in our parking spots nothing is ever done.
this community is nice overall and the apartments are not horrible but it genuinely does feel like my family has been targeted and harassed over the past few years living here. we have talked to some of our fellow neighbors and they all seem to have issues with management but theirs all seemed to eventually be resolved, it seems that only my family has the same issue reoccurring yearly. its ridiculous that the property manager cant even show her face after being provided with clear evidence of the same issue happening in the past. again if anyone from corporate or management would like to see the emails i am more than happy to share maybe then ill actually be able to get a response.

I needed to come on here & tell everyone how amazing this management team is. Evelyn, Martha, Carolina, and Nancy are the best & I’m so thankful!!

The property manager came knocking at my door late at night around 3 in the morning and asked “I need to see if you really live here can you provide me with documents” and I’m just like umm what i thought i was dreaming or something at first because why is this lady waking people up out of there sleep at 3am in the middle of the night to say something so absurd and ridiculous  I almost wanted to shut the door in her face please for the love of god in Jesus name fire this lady please

DO NOT EVER MOVE HERE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! The property manager is rude and disgusting my little daughter was sitting down playing outside on the balcony and I see her outside talking to my kid giving nasty looks and she’s cursing at her and then she gets mad at me for having my daughter outside and as she leaves I hear her mumbling under her voice cursing and that is such rude and disgusting behavior there’s also many other altercations I’ve gotten in with her that’s horrible long story short she needs to be fired she doesn’t know what she’s doing she’s rude and not human at all I’m planning on moving out now because of this lady so please you have been warned DO NOT MOVE HERE!
