This place has two HOAs. The owners won't tell you this. The owner I had was a real loser. They never fixed anything, until it broke. They demanded a rent increase by a ridiculous amount. This place is a trap. They just want your money. The guest cannot park without a trunk being placed on their vehicle. It is too expensive and not worth the time or money. Everything is falling apart, because it was built in the mid 80's. Good luck getting your deposit back.

I enjoy the peace and quiet in this community but I’m very upset about the pool. It was closed for months and now that it’s open, I’ve seen nothing but frogs in the pool therefore I have no desire to even step near the pool. I would really like to enjoy the pool that I pay a dramatic amount of association for, with my family.
