This is my home.

The company that serves this property is not interested in anything regarding this building, there is no hygiene, the air conditioners are old and defective, the elevator is always dirty and in poor condition, there is no security, the entrance gate is always open, which allows people to come in from the street. Parking in wet hallways with garbage, that is, from 1 to 10, it has a 0, nothing that the contract says, they fulfill it, the only thing that is useful is the person in charge of the building, the poor guy can't do more, he deserves a 10 for putting up with the entire load, protests and problems from neighbors that the company does not comply with. I do not recommend this place to anyone, especially if they have children.
