Board of directors is corrupt and steals money from its residents. I do not recommend this place to anyone for a comfortable stay.  I hear repairs every day throughout the year and on Saturday too.  They have already delayed construction by 4-5 months.  Most of the parking lot is given over to trash!  I propose to put together a collective complaint against the HOA.  This shouldn't go on any longer

If you are planning to buy or rent an apartment here, think a million times. You live in peace for only 6 months, then 12 months of building repairs from 9-5, 6 days a week! 6 day!!! in 2.5 years,building repairs have already been carried out twice! Will you see any changes? Of course not. Can you do a better job renovating the gym?? In the first building the gym is good, in the second building, 2715 was built in the 70s and has never been renovated gym. Yes, you will have a beautiful view from the window, but if you work from home or have children, then this is not for you

Construction 24/7, even on the weekends. The construction crews also take all the parking. Management is to blame, as they do nothing.
