Father Marquess-Barry Apartments delivers 60 new affordable and workforce- one-and two-bedroom apartments for residents 62 and up. Community amenities include a large multipurpose club room for community and property gatherings; a state-of-the-art fitness center; a library and media center with computers, a secure package-delivery locker system and indoor mail room; and bike racks. Units will include Energy Star-rated appliances, granite countertops, and side-by-side washer and dryer units. Residents of the property will also have access to free on-site programs including literacy training, assistance with light house-keeping/grocery shopping, and other community events and activities. The property will be built to National Green Building

Father Barry is an awesome place to live because i was homeless prior to moving here and i thank God for giving me a safe place to lay my head! The neighbors and the office are amazingand i coukdn't imazine livung anywhere else

Father Barry is a beautiful new building ...
Father Barry is a beautiful new building for seniors that was definitely needed for the Overtown area. I am ecstatic to be apart of this beautiful establishment me and my sister. The property is being well maintained and my neighbors are amazing. We are one big happy family here😊

I really enjoy my cozy apartment here at ...
I really enjoy my cozy apartment here at Father Barry Apts! They are very thorough but fair and honest in the office. She's a one man show but she gets the jobs done and timely i might add. The building is well maintained and whenever I need anything Ms Carter doesn't hesitate to make sure I'm well taken care of! I recommend this property to anyone it's peaceful and beautiful!
