I lived there years ago Pedro and Rebeca at least lived to fix it and maintained it at all I don't know if they will continue but they took good care of it

5050 condominium is the worst place to Live. The pool and jacuzzi have been broken and abandoned for years. The construction crew works Saturday from 8 to 4 PM, making extreme noise. There is no guest parking, and friends and family vehicles get towed. It is the worst place to live in Miami with not-worth-it expansive rent. Do not waste your money or effort looking at these places. My landlord is great, but management not making accommodations for residents is horrible.

Another sad situation. Residents have been evacuated due to structural issues. The building was built in 76' I believe. Most of the residents are elderly and have to find another place to live.

Another condo evacuation due to structural damage and looks like repair work was not performed according to code regulations.  Per the comments below looks like the board does not address the owners complaints
