They want to raise the rent outrageously every year but yet they do not fix the elevators Who never work properly,  I have been stuck in the elevator twice to the point where fire rescue had to come get me out, had a panic attack and in afraid to use it every time so before you keep raising peoples rent make sure that the elevators work property before a tragedy happens.

Dania and Ximena are wonderful. Happy to see the new management be proactive with the tenants needs.

I am new to the building and I am very happy to be here. The manager, Dania, has taken great care of ensuring that our welcome is the best and most pleasant. If you have any inconvenience, she is always willing to help in the most efficient and friendly way. We are very comfortable in every way, not to mention that the view is impressive. The building is well maintained and the management is the best. You can see the work they have done on it. It is a quiet place and the apartments are very large

I have lived here for 6 years and for 1 year now, aka the elevators are BROKEN every day, it is a nightmare, in case an emergency happens, there is no way to go up or down, it is very dangerous for the elderly and children who live here, the owners do not The broken elevators do nothing for weeks, only 1 working and it locks every 3 hours, it is a danger. Here I leave a video so you can see if the owners react and change them. Only elevators from 2013 when this building opened for 33 floors already They don't give any more, many companies have come to fix them and no one solves the problem, a disaster with how good this building was.

I have been living in this building for over 5 years and have to say everyone here is like family. So attentive and willing to help. Want to personally thank Dania in management for all the help with some recent issues that required immediate attention.- If you’re considering moving here, I can guarantee Dania and Ximena will take care of you with a smile on their faces.

Worst building ever… Dirty, I never see any type of maintenance
Elevators are always no working… sometimes just one of 3, never saw all 3 work all together
