3 years living at the Flamingo and granted the renovations of the center tower was tough to navigate and very loud for a few months, at the end of the day it was all worth it. We love it here. I did see a lot of complaints about the management on the reviews but we never had any issues with them, to the contrary every time we had an issue it was dealt with very professionally. Further more, the maintenance crew is incredible and every single problem we encountered was fixed within the next day. Great job Jashba 🙏

Frequently, the pest control spray person does not show up.  I am glad that someone was sent this time after my 2nd request.

This is not what I thought.  Everything is inconvenient.  No one bothers to help.  English is rare.  No garbage chute on my floor. I can’t  wait to leave!!! No  one ever calls me back when I leave a message.  Insane that I have to walk 15 minutes to my car.  Elvira does not respond.  The grounds are treacherous.  Way overpriced for what it is

The condominium is nice but the employees don’t do anything to help you. If you have something delivery to the package room probably will be lost. They give u a lot of excuse and blame the workers who do the delivery. I never have a problem with any delivery from Amazon and Zara. But at Flamingo they blame Amazon, ups, etc. the package room is a mess. I let them know about my frustration and they recommended to pay a box in a UPS store or send my delivery to another address. So I staying here and can’t get a delivery because their logistic doesn’t work but they don’t do anything to solve the problem. So if u plan to stay in this condominium don’t expect help for anyone that works here.
