Gables 37 Grand

I have lived in many communities all across South Florida but I have never felt as comfortable and happy as I do here Everyone from management from the old manager Jennifer to the recently named manager Mr. Vilorio they treat you as a person and not just another tenant and are more than willing to help you in anything you need and the front desk staff are amazing
As long as I can afford to live here I will

I have lived here for 3 months and I am very happy, the building is always very clean and organized, the manager Jennifer, the maintenance men Joel, Yandy, concierge Diana and all her colleagues, all very friendly and attentive, as well as the cleaning team Osmin and Alice. I invite you to come here, this is the best.

I have lived here for 3 years and can say with confidence that this is the best managed building I have lived in! When I submit a maintenance ticket Yandy or Joel come that same day and have always been very diligent and professional. The rest of the staff is courteous and the facilities are always very clean.

A beautiful building in a perfect centralized location ! The building and amenities are always well maintained! Yandi and the maintenance team are always working to keep the building in great shape and readily available when needed! Kudos to the management team for always being so attentive to detail!

Im very grateful to be living in this building and have such a wonderful manager like Jennifer. She is always dependable and is always trying her best  to improve this property even better than it is! She is the best of the best. The chief engineer Yandy Gordo, he is has done a phenomenal job and very happy to have him here!

I moved in recently with my mom. Jennifer made the move in process as easy and smooth as possible. I reccomend this building and its great amenities!! Maintenance and the staff are nice and assist in anything we need.

I’ve lived here for 2 years now and it’s been so nice and peaceful. Not only is the property always clean and feels safe, but the management always makes sure the tenants are happy and comfortable. Any questions or concerns I’ve had have always been answered by the property manager Jennifer or the maintenance team who have always been so attentive and kind. Would recommend living here to everyone!
