Gables 37 Grand

I’ve lived here for 2 years now and it’s been so nice and peaceful. Not only is the property always clean and feels safe, but the management always makes sure the tenants are happy and comfortable. Any questions or concerns I’ve had have always been answered by the property manager Jennifer or the maintenance team who have always been so attentive and kind. Would recommend living here to everyone!

Peaceful and close to everything, i love the location of this property. I’d specifically want to point out that Jennifer from management always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is running smoothly! She is the best of the best. I recommend this  property to anyone looking to move to Miami!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Lived here for 5 and half years and moved only because of work 4 hours away, place is one of the best, if not the best in the area you want to have a relaxed life. Apartments are definitely not the most luxurious in the area but are compensated by the size of the apartments, amenities, concierge services and location. Not giving the 5 stars because the maintenance team has high rotation and it is a hit or miss with them, at least the crew that was there in October seemed to care about the place and residents, also, for some reason corporate has crippled the property managers decision making regarding maintenance and that doesn't make any sense as the PM is the one there day to day with the residents.
Special mention to Jennifer (PM) and David (concierge).
Last but not least, move-out process was more than smooth, had to change the date and they were very flexible with it and the settlement process was transparent with no junk fees or charges.
Gables 37 left the bar so high we had a hard time finding a similar place in our new city. Great work guys!

Me and my wife moved to Gables 37 Grad 1 month ago. The place is awesome! It is a very nice area and the units and the view is spactacular. I was surprised how nice and helpfull the management  , the concierge and the maintnance personel is. It feels very family like and they really make this place feel like home. WE LOVE IT!!! Recomendable

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT OFFICE. THEY LIES TO YOU.  THEY MUST CHANGE THEIR MANAGEMENT PEOPLE. THEY PLAY WITH YOU. ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ARE TRUE! I DOUBT ABOUT THE GOOD ONES. DONT RENT IN THIS BUILDING

The team at Gables 37 led by Supervisor Kevin Cabral has been incredibly professional and addressed a pre-existing issue I had with my floor to my satisfaction.  Manager Jennifer Costa communicated effectively with us and personally handled the issue. New management responds to issues quickly and is very helpful.
