Gables East Apartments

We've been living in Gables East for 4+ years. Maintenance does a stellar job with the upkeep of the building and keeping the surrounding areas clean. Management has always been communicative and responsive should we need anything. The neighborhood is generally quiet, many families and the close proximity to the Gables/Coconut Grove is a bonus.

Excellent location, within walking distance of shopping centers, buildings in excellent maintenance conditions, clean and well-equipped gym and roof top. Friendly neighbors and a quiet building. I recommend it 👍👍👍

Maria Rosario the property manager is very unprofessional.  Please do not move here, she is very unprofessional and disrespectful to tenants. The unit also had water damage and molding which she never took care of. She takes forever to respond and does not resolve any issue you have with the unit which was not my fault, she gave me the unit with so many issues.I was never evicted and left on my own will. She was terrible at managing the building.I left the apartment clean and how I was given the apartment. Maria is a liar. I even took videos and pictures.

Excellent place to rent. It is a very secure condominium, with access doors and security cameras on each floor. Parking is closed and covered. Super clean, they have cleaning staff every day. It has a very complete gym, barbecue area and a terrace with chairs to enjoy the outdoors. I have been living in that property for many years and every time I have had the slightest concern, the manager has resolved it immediately, even outside of office hours. Totally recommended!

I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE MY OPINION ABOUT THE MANAGER MARIA ROSARIO. HAVE I HAVE BEEN LIVING IN THIS PLACE FOR TWO YEARS WHEN I HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE APARTMENT SHE HAS HELPED ME WITH EVERYTHING. AND I HOPE EVERYTHING CONTINUES LIKE THIS.

Modern, clean and well maintained common areas. Management is ready to help when needed. Been here three years. Neighbors are like family.

I’ve been a resident at Gables East for 2 years. One of the friendliest and most pleasant buildings I’ve ever lived in. I’ve never had an issue with maintenance; I’m always responded to and my repairs are done in a timely manner. Very thankful to live here.
