Rent has increased, but there is still no pool. We were told the pool would be completed by summer 2024. It is now the end of February 2025, and we still do not have a pool.
In October 2024, we received an email from the administration stating that the moment we had all been waiting for was finally happening. A crew arrived for a few weeks at the end of November, but then they left. A few weeks later, they returned only to remove the tiles they had laid. Still, no pool.
The administration now says they cannot promise a completion date. So, be aware if you plan to rent here... YOU WON'T HAVE A POOL, but they will raise your rent, citing higher operational costs.

We have been waiting almost a year for the swimming pool, which has never happened, and then the lease agreement proposal is increased by around 20% for the renewal. It is ridiculous.

maintenance people came to our apartment ...
maintenance people came to our apartment analyzed the problems and either fixed them or sent for help of supervisors to see what hsd to be done to fix the problem.

Terrible parking garage has cracks on co ...
Terrible parking garage has cracks on coloums holding the building up that's a little over 30 years old now . Terrible property management as well some of the workers steal bicycles from tenants. As for the dgx on first floor total waste of space store with terrible management it needs to be closed permanently.
