I have been living here for the past 10 ...
I have been living here for the past 10 years, .. I do not own a house I rent and even though my landlord is amazing the association is horrible to people that are rented, we do not matter for them. The association management have change at least 3 times since I live here and every time is worst than the previous one.. not once have they include us in a meeting, .. I am just waiting for my lease to end to leave .. but if you are considering buying here ..: DO NOT DO IT there is a lot of stupid rules that make you life more difficult, and life is already difficult you don’t need that on top of that for the association to leave you a paper every other month because you have to remove outdoor lights or some decoration that in no way affects the safety, cleanliness or aesthetics of the community.
