Gibraltar Apartments

I lived at Gibraltar Apartments for 9 years and can't say enough good things about my time there.  The staff is wonderful and from the moment that I moved in I felt welcome and at home. Francisco (the building manager) is very responsive and professional, and is always going the extra mile to ensure the residents are taken care of.  He has on countless occasions gone out of his way to help me out. The entire staff, from Francisco to maintenance and security, are friendly, professional and accommodating. I highly recommend Gibraltar Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to live.

Excellent place. Impeccable Administration and Security at 100%. Beautiful pool and a gym according to the building. One star was missing because I don't have a fixed parking space  , the building is full😅🤭

Fairly new, beautiful, and clean building. The property manager and staff are very friendly, helpful, and professional! The units are well equipped and well distributed. Lived there for about 4 years and I loved it! Thank you all!

This building is the best! Great location, and well maintained. The staff is also professional, attentive and very helpful. The manager, Francisco, is willing to answer all of my questions and help whenever I have concerns. Jose at the front desk is also great - always greets with a smile on his face! Maria & Juan as well who are the maintenance team - they work hard and it shows. Have enjoyed living here for 3 years

The building manager Francisco is extremely unprofessional. He called us in to see 3 units only  to tell us a few days later he has no empty units. A few days later again he called us in a second time to fill out an application and told us he rented out all apartments that morning. Don’t waste your time with this guy.

I called for leasing and the Front Desk treated me horrible. Did not want to answer any of my questions. Hanged up on my face. I have never been a Karen before. But he was extremely mean for no reason

From the day I called for the first time to ask for information, they treated me very well, excellent location, good maintenance, good management, truly excellent decision to live in Gibraltar

The building is fairly new and has very good maintenance. The staff (Francisco the manager, front desk and cleaning crew) is friendly and professional. The apartment has very good distribution, full equiped kitchen and washer/dryer in. Not fancy floor,  kitchen cabinets and appliances but neutral colors and nice looking.
Amenities available: exercise room, pool and entertainment room.
The location is perfect. Conveniently close to main highways, metro rail, Brickell, Coconut Grove and Coral Gables.
