Cesar, Ludin, Steve and Dariem from the maintenance team have been very helpful and polite with my work request and helping my move to be smooth. I'm very happy with the maintenance service at Gio that always comes and fixes whatever needs fixing very quickly and professionally

It's a nice enough place to live. The staff is responsive, the amenities are nice, the building is well-managed, and it has a great location. But when renewal time comes, they will increase your rent regardless of actual market conditions. I was given a renewal option in December with a 5% increase on my existing rent and turned it down (I need to move out-of-state for work); they're now advertising my unit for 8% *below* what I'm currently paying. So they basically figure: people would rather pay more rent than deal with the hassle of moving. They're probably not wrong. It's property-management-by-algorithm: their software tells them that's the profit-maximizing thing to do. But any potential renters should be aware of this.

At the time the renewal offer was sent out, our pricing software generated a higher rate due to current availability/market conditions. Our pricing is based on supply and demand/current availability so it can change daily. Since we sent the offer, pricing has changed due to more availability in your floor plan type. Great building, great tour. I was blown away but not surprised given all the great reviews I’ve heard about the place. Once I saw it myself the pictures don’t do it justice!

Honestly, gio midtown is amazing. Not only is the best building (amenity wise and views) but also the staff is great. Everyone that works at Gio is super attentive and they really help you fee at home. On top of that, they have amazing events for the residents throughout the year.
Lastly, you just cant beat having trader joes downstairs.

Lived here for around 3 years. It's beautiful and quiet. The management is what makes it so great. Big shout out to Shanice and Colin being great at what they do. Maintenance for being so quick to fix everything (literally they are the best). It's a great place to live.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. The maintenance team is friendly, attentive, and quick! The leasing office is always friendly and smiling. The concierge... where do I begin? The concierge is hands down the nicest and best collective of people. Working 24 hours, helping with packages, providing a welcoming environment, and going above and beyond what their job requires. For anyone considering Gio as their home: run don't walk to gio. It's the best experience in apartments I have ever had!
