The parking situation is miserable. 6 spots allowed for offices and retail stores. If you park in the out of business universal medical spots they will tow your vehicle.

Rude management. Everything is unorganized. The front desk is low-class. The residents are rude, but the location is near the beach and very nice. Pros: Beautiful location, nice apartments, safe environment
Cons: Management sucks, valet is high, old residents who are mostly rude, and low-class front desk workers.

Beautiful building in great area

I arrived at one of the offices for literally 30 minutes, left, and the car was taken away. The security guard gave the phone number to the shopping service (the girl in the window). I came to the towing service to pick up the car, and I asked how they took my car so quickly, to which the guy told me that the security guards receive a reward for each car (they call us, we come and pick up the car). Be careful, this is a very unpleasant place.

The valet service is awful. I stayed from several nights at family in this building and had to pay so much money and spend so much time and hassle with this very unneeded service.
