Hibiscus Pointe Apartments

Was amazing experience living in Hibiscus Pointe apartments 🤗  ✅

I live in Hibiscus Pointe Apartments and I had a leak in my ceiling from the neighbor above me. Maintenance came out and did a great job with fixing it but they was sloppy when they was redoing the popcorn ceiling. They had the white stuff on my carpet. I let them know but nobody never came to clean it so I had to scrub it up myself.

My experience has been great. The office staff are very kind, helpful, and professional. The maintenance staff are outstanding! I see them every morning walking around the complex picking up any residue that might have been dropped by someone.
They have complied with a few repairs I've needed within reasonable timing.
As promised, my AC unit and clothes dyer were replaced with a brand new one.
I also love that they keep up with the lawn and trimming around the surface.
Trees have been cut done and some removed completely. Which is a good thing when you are able to see your surrounding with a better view.
In addition, the hallways and stairs have been pressured cleaned. Great Job!
I am happy to be living here at Hibiscus Pointe Apartments and feel very peaceful and safe.
