I would like to share my experiences with Hibiscus Pointe Apartments. The entire staff are very professional and friendly. The ladies in the office are outstanding! Doing what they do best.
I’ve had the pleasure of meeting two of the maintenance workers, Cristian and Ricardo. I must say I am very impressed with the quality of their work.
They are both very nice and humble. Great human beings and they get the job done!!
When work orders are placed in my experience, they are completely immediately. Even after hours and/or emergencies.
They all work as a team to continue to upgrade the complex.
In addition, I like that they maintain the lawn, go through the hallways with a blower, and also they pressure clean the hallways, debris left by others are picked up. Common areas kept clean. And the complex has night shift security.
Their goal is to keep the Residents happy and safe.

Hello- I have lived here for many years, a very nice community with very good neighbors and the office staff, and maintenance, very friendly and helpful The complaint I have is that, for about 4 months or maybe more. I have a problem with the dryer duct, it seems to be clogged and the heat returns inside, to the point where it collects water inside the dryer, it has already damaged two of them. With the first one I thought what the problem was with the dryer, and now the same thing happened with the second one - I reported it to maintenance and they came, but the person told me - that he cleaned it as far as he could, the problem continued and when I came back I He said that this had to be done by a company that has the necessary equipment, I called the office and they told me that they were aware of it, and that a company was going to take care of it and they still haven't resolved anything for me. I don't know how long it can take to contact a company, so I'm very frustrated with the situation, I'm still waiting for them to solve me.
