Living at HE was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The staff is amazingly friendly and caring. The community is another extra—everyone is so polite and welcoming! Love to be here!

I lived in Hollywood East for 2 years and here’s my honest detailed review: Cons
Whenever they clean elevator in morning
They close 3 and leave only 1 open
(Inconvent time when everyone rushing to work)
Dog park no rules enforced
(They say they’ll fine but they don’t and p00p is all over many times, aggressive dogs off leash) it could be that since I moved out ( a few months ago) this has been handled, but during my time it was a bit gross
Noise complaints- not handled for over a year
Motorcycle owners: unsafe parking- three times thieves came into this building in the past few years - twice they were successful in stealing the bikes. they put a second gate up after the third time - which is really nice - but that then causes backup/traffic because only one car at a time is allowed in or out
Guests have to pay for parking downstairs— and ,
If u park downstairs (even u live in the building) u get ticket … sometimes i need to park in the lobby to run up and get something , with no time to drive up the 4th floor parking garage- and I received a ticket even tho I’m a resident . Happened more than once
Gym equipment !! Constantly breaking and does NOT get fixed till 4 to 5 months later , if at all
Pros:
Great location next to downtown bars , cafes , dog parks, pharmacy, groceries
Stunning pool and grill area - very clean and always maintained well
Lobby, elevators & hallways are washed quite often and usually very clean
Shoutout Joe and Rob ! Yall are great
Always quick to help and repair
Elevator is super fast compared to most other buildings
Friendly staff downstairs (shoutout Jenny and the girls)
