Great location and excellent view. Overlooking Yonge Circle. 5 minute drive to the beach. Also convenient for shopping and US1 Federal. Building just painted and condos being renovated. Overall happy with living here.

Love this building, with million dollar views cause of the large windows.  Building has recently been renovated externally as well as some of the internal areas such as mail room, ceramic flooring throughout the floors as well as the laundry facility.  The building is kept clean with all new balconies as well as a small gym.  There are so many conveniences just steps away from the building such as the beautiful Young Circle Park.  Also the downtown district is full of great restaurants and cafes with the recent Twin Peaks just opening.  Shopping is pretty convenient with Publics and Walgreens steps away as well as the bus terminal a few minutes from your door step.  Of course the Hollywood beach is a 5 minute drive or a 10 minute bus ride.  Overall the location is amazing and the units can vary but I'm on the higher level and you can't beat the view cause of the large windows, and the corner units are breath taking with the views available.

This place is ran by idiots. No Elevator for days. Broken pipes leading to damage to my AC unit and a management that is beyond ignorant and negligent. Taking them to court! The management or the lack thereof just left the building without AC with temperatures of 85 degrees. No communication, no action, no nothing.
Posting a backdated notice stating that if we fail to switch off our ac units they will be damaged does not cut it. I came home after a trip with my ac blowing hot air and a room temperature 94 degrees. The building is completely deteriorating and nothing gets done. They have a fire sprinklers system installation going now for 3 months leaving our apartments with holes in the ceiling and walls for 11 weeks!!!
