i have waited OVER A YEAR for my deposit. Every time i call they say they will resolve the issue and they make a thousand excuses and i have yet to receive it. I have called a total of 18 times in the last year and it’s always the same thing. They pretend to care and say they will get back to me as they need to contact their main office and NOTHING. do not rent here.

Apartment 120 is the best because it's a penthouse

Moved here in 96. Was a great place back then, but since the Latin cultural shift the place has been down hill. Used to be an old Jewish community.

Horrible!! They don’t allow you to nothing. If possible try not to breath! No music in the pool, no water in the pool, don’t take flotties to the pool for your kids not to drown, don’t take your kids out on the bike, skate, roller. In other words if you are 60 and above and hate life move there.
