International Park 1 Condo

Horrible place, association continues to charge more and more while none of the money is used to better the building. The buildings are falling apart, there are cracks everywhere, literal chunks of concrete have fallen off the building, the carpeting is old disgusting never cleaned. The walls are  full of stains dirt and cracks, they tow away peoples cars or put a boot on it for any reason with no parking available for residents to even fit their cars. The elevators never work making it difficult for the elderly who make up the majority of the residents to get to their apartment. Where is all the money going that they keep charging constantly more and more ? I've lived in many places with association where they don't keep increasing the money they charge and the buildings, parking and landscape are very well maintained unlike here where it is all abandoned while paying more and more fees.

11790 SW 18th St - Worse place to live! Constant construction and dirty. I reach out to the association multiple times, to Frank and others, that construction keeps getting done on weekends. They tell me contruction is not allowed on weekends. Despite multiple times telling the association, as well as directly to neighbors, even calling the police, the association still doesn't do anything. Association tells me they will warn to stop, but construction keeps getting done. Building is old, a lot of cracking and mold is seen in the concrete, and constant construction sure makes it worse. I'm been living here 2+ years and its nonstop. My partner and I aren't able to sleep. Stay away from this place when looking for somewhere to live. Parking is also a nightmare. Association doesn't do their jobs.
Edit- Now the power constantly goes out without warning. Elevator is broken and they don't fix it. Chunks of concrete fall everywhere, you even start to see the steel beams (rusted of course). Mold is everywhere to the point I have allergies I've never had before and only here. Construction NEVER stops, not even on the weekends nor after hours. They don't enforce their own rules. Literally the worse place I've ever lived in. They don't fix anything, but they did add more unnecessary doors in all the hallways, making it harder for the elderly here. I also have a friendly elderly couple that I talk with, and they live on the 5th floor. Says the roof is leaking constantly. All these problems and where is all the money going to?? Because they keep charging more and more and don't fix a thing. And allow construction at all hours that I've had to call the police several times. AVOID LIVING HERE IT IS A NIGHTMARE!

It is baffling to me that this association has the audacity to charge people $2750 a month for these conditions.  Elevators on their last leg, the whole property is in disrepair.  Broken glass in the foyer.  Trash, drug bags, mold, dust, debris, dirt.  Who is managing this place?  Code Enforcement needs to get involved.

Condominium to buy and rent

The park theme in these apartments is a big problem. Despite having a stiker, it is impossible to find a free spot when you arrive at night. I do not recommend it. You will experience an ordeal with this and there is no solution in sight.
