+ close to the beach, parking, balcony. - pest control shows up without notice every month, even you’re not at home they will get in, they say it’s mandatory, so be ready for random people at your place.
- noise from elevator doors beeping SO LOUD that will wake you up and drive you and your pets crazy like alarm, management and elevator department are useless in fixing this issue ( 2 months of calls and talks).
- They told me that you’re not gonna hear your neighbors-false, you can hear them and every move behind the door is loud. Also noises from the street cause it’s in general loud area.
- water in the shower kinda slow like 7/10.
- when I moved in I’ve seen small dead cockroaches  in bath area, but for couple months of living Tnx God nothing.
So if you want to use apartment in this building for Airbnb it’s gonna work - for personal living I do not recommend.
